Thanks for posting pictures of someone competing in the Midwest makeover! I hope to be able to come down to Madison and watch it in April (I should be moved home by then).
She's very cute, isn't she? And I can relate to that mud. Sandy was horrible, and he wouldn't let me get close enough to his belly for a couple of weeks to get it off.
Kara you should try to come for sure! You have to buy the Mustang Challenge Finals tickets in advance though, so be sure to do that if you want to see the top 10 on Saturday night. They are only 5 dollars for the cheap seats and 10 for up close.Tracey, Rem was covered in mud as well. I am wondering why they all feel the need to be so dirty?? I guess it makes the makeover that much more dramatic when you see before and after photos!!
That's a great picture leading outside the roundpen. Look at how long his rope is. I made the mistake of using a 15'--where I should have used my long line--though nothing happened, it could have--and you don't have much room to get out of the way and get them in circles.
